TDS Meter : Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) are the total amount of mobile charged ions , including minerals , salts or metals dissolved in a given volume of water , expressed in units of mg per unit volume of water (mg/L) , Also referred to as parts per million (ppm). TDS is directly related to the purity of water and the quality of wate purification systems.

Conductivity Meter : It is used for measuring the electrical conductivity of a solution. It works by applying voltages between two or more electrodes as a gauge of how many ions are in solution. Be aware that meters may give readings in E.C. , C.F. of ppm and some meters may do all three.
